The mission of the Capital Development Office is to assist the campus in maximizing the utilization of its existing physical facilities and acquiring the physical resources necessary to meet its instruction, research and public service goals.
Capital Development oversees planning and funding for all capital development projects, including State and non-State major projects, minor projects, and deferred maintenance. The team also staffs the Campus Planning Committee and manages utilization of campus space.
